SRT & SRTA Combo course

Namaste from Rescue India:

Thank you for your interest in this Swiftwater Rescue Technician Unit 1 and SRT Advanced Combo Class.  This five-day course combines the SRT Unit 1 and SRT-A into one class.  The SRT Unit 1 curriculum is a river based training course to teach a rescuer how to quickly and safely recover yourself and victims on the river. The SRT-Advanced brings together advanced swiftwater techniques and rope rescue techniques in a swiftwater environment.  This course also includes a night search and rescue operation in a river environment and other hands on scenarios. We recommend that you complete the TRR-TL training before the SRT-A. If you are comfortable and efficient with your rope skills, then you should be fine with the SRT-A. This certificate is valid for 3 years.
